Hibiscus flower also known as rose mallow is one of the most recognizable flower due to its color size and benefits. Hibiscus flowers are known for its beauty and is served to goddess durga as it is believed that this flower is favourite of goddess durga Hibiscus flower has many other benefits as well. It is very good for the hairs as it contains vitamin C and amino acids. It stimulate blood circulation in the scalp and promotes hair growth. I have a plant of this flower in my garden and i use it in my daily routine in different ways.

Follow the following steps
1) For Hair Growth:
Hibiscus and Neem oil: In a bowl warm some coconut oil and pour 15-20 neem leaves and 2 hibiscus flowers in it and boil it on low sim for about 5-10 minutes and than cool down. You can store this oil and used it in place of normal oil.
Precaution: Avoid keeping oil all night in your scalp as it leads to hair breakage and exposure of skin to opening pores and acnes.
2) For silky smooth hair:
Hibiscus, curd and fenugreek pack: one night before applying soak 2 tablespoon of fenugreek seeds in a 4 tablespoon curd and leave it. Next morning grind the soaked fenugreek seeds and 2 hibiscus flower in a grinder and make a smooth paste. Apply sone oil in your hairs and than apply the paste all over your hair including scalp and keep it covered with shower cap for around 45 min and rinse with normal watern ( for more good result you can use shampoo) Use this pack twice in a day.
3) Hibiscus tea for blood circulation and glowing skin:
Drinking hibiscus tea is also very beneficial for the body as it promotes blood circulation because it contains vitmain C and amino acid, helps with menstrual cramps, reduction in weight loss, maintains digestion level, reduce blood sugar, get glowing and clean skin, very good for people suffering from hypertension etc.
You can use genera brand hibiscus tea its really good and oragnic also. Or you can prefer any other brands also
4) Hibiscus powder:
you can make powdered hibiscus and store it and can use it for tea, hair pack in a face pack with curd. It is a substitute for hibiscus flower and quick preparation and can store it for a longer time. You can use luxura or merlion naturals hibiscus powder or any other brand also you can prefer as per your choice.
Hibiscus face pack for all skin types: you can add a tablespoon of hibiscus powder in your normal face pack and apply it all over your skin or you can make your face pack in following ways:
For normal skin:
Just mix 1 tablespoon of hibiscus powder with a few drops of rose water to make a fine paste and apply al over your face and neck and rinse it after 5-7 minutes.
For dry skin:
Just mix 1 tablespoon of hibiscus powder with 2 tablespoon of curd and a few drops of vitamin E oil and apply all over your face and skin and rinse it with normal water after 5-7 minutes.
For oily skin:
Mix one tablespoon of multani mitti and hibiscus powder with a fe drops of rose water and apply all over the face and rinse it with normal water after 10 minutes.
